LIGHT
The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) has established the Lake Erie Integrated Geriatric Health Team (LIGHT) to transform the provision of geriatrics training and health care in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Through the LIGHT Project, LECOM is working to move the region toward a model of fully integrated, patient-centered geriatric care. The LIGHT Project is made possible by a $2.2 million Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) grant.
